Dale Louder

Chaplain

US Army Veteran Staff Sergeant Dale Louder served as a Combat Medic at Fort Hood, TX, and also an Instructor at Fort Sam Houston, TX.   Dale deployed and served as a Lab Technician during Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and in addition to “blood supply management”, Dale was involved in Mortuary Affairs determining “cause of death” for forensic pathology. Dale was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal for post-mortem procedures for 36 sailors aboard the USS Stark which was hit by a missile during the Iran-Iraq war May 1987. Dale was also awarded a 2d Meritorious Service Medal while coaching Army base championship Boys & Girls softball teams. Dale currently serves as the Post 235 Chaplain and Assistant Legion Baseball Athletic Director.
