Bonita (Bonnie) Kuntz Stone

FINANCE OFFICER

Bonnie entered the US Army in October 1967 at the age of 18.. She attended boot camp at Ft. McClellan, AL and later for Clerical training. Her first assignment was at West Point Military Academy as Administrative Assistant in the College Admissions Dept. Processed cadet applications preparing required documents for each Congressman’s office.

Bonnie’s second assignment was at Ft Belvoir, Va. US Military Prep School also as Administrative assistant. Received honorable discharge in 1970. Bonnie used GI bill to attend college at Central Piedmont Community College and the University of NC at Charlotte earning a BA in Business Administration.

She was the first one in her family to receive a college degree. She is the 4th Oldest of 13 children.
