Michael Pennell

FIRST VICE COMMANDER

A retired Air Force Senior NCO who served during several war eras, Mike has been active in The American Legion for years. He has served his Post as Vice Commander, Judge Advocate, Sergeant at Arms, and Executive Committeeman. Active in many veterans service organizations, Mike is active in the 40/8 where he serves as Garde de la Porte Locale at Voiture 1638, and also as Grand Cheminot du North Carolina.
