Legionnaires,

The Post 235 namesakes, Army Pvt. Grady Hooks and Marine Pvt. Joseph Orr, along with many other veterans, are buried in the Matthews Historic Cemetery.

It is a Post 235 tradition to honor them by placing flags at all their gravesites before Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Please join us for our upcoming Veterans Day flag placement on Tuesday, November 3 at 9:00 am.

Thank you for your help in honoring our fallen heroes.

Best regards,
Ed Sullivan
Commander
